I hope you can follow this pattern. And if anyone knows of a good name for this motif, please post in the comments. I, quite honestly, can't think of a good name. Homework Motif 3 isn't a good name IMHO. Goodnight. I have to go power down for Earth Hour.
Oh! I love how it looks with so many together! It's so pretty. Thanks for sharing the pattern. I'm not good naming motifs so no help there. :-)
ReplyDeleteHonestly, it does look very good both as a single motif and a bigger thing. I think I will have to try this design in a little while so thanks for sharing the pattern.
ReplyDeleteIt looks very good as a mat! Very cool! I agree w/ Susanne, that it looks good as a single motif AND as a bigger thing.
ReplyDeleteHey, did you see that this blog post was on Needlework News! Congrats! That's kinda cool!
Jeff, the motif is pretty and i too thinks it'll work for both a table runner or doily. i like the blue thread you chose for it. nice.
ReplyDeleteMotif looks great when repeated like that.
ReplyDeleteWe did the earth hour too, wonder how many other tatters did!
Hi Jeff,
ReplyDeleteI tried tatting this pattern and really love how it turned out. I just love the shape of it. I will post it as soon as I get it photographed. Thank you so much for the pattern.
This'll be going into my queue to make. How does North Star Motif sound?
